At Vapehope, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver only 100% genuine and high-quality vaping products to our customers across the UAE. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Please note that returns are not accepted for any opened, used, or tampered items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- E-liquids
- Disposable vapes
- Opened coils, pods, or tanks
- Batteries and chargers
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, Vapehope will:
- Arrange for a replacement, or
- Provide a refund, depending on stock availability.
If the damage is caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling, the product will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. How to Request a Return

- Your Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if defective or damaged)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Instructions on how and where to send the item
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks or payment gateways may take additional time (up to 15 business days) to reflect the amount in your account.

6. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover inspection and processing costs.
- For non-defective returns, a return shipping charge of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement product is to return the original item (after approval) and make a new purchase once your return is confirmed.
8. Warranty Terms
All devices (except disposables, e-liquids, and accessories) are covered by a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturer defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use or mishandling
- Water or liquid damage
- Charging port or battery issues due to misuse
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)
9. Customs & Delivery Disclaimer
If your order is held or delayed by UAE Customs, Vapehope is not responsible for refunds until the item is returned to us in its original condition.
Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations before placing an order.
